DESCRIPTION

This piece is wheel-thrown in the Mino Studio using our smooth Sahara clay body and is then sanded, bisque fired, hand glazed and then fired a second time in the Kiln.

THE MAKER

We are Jasmine and Russell of Mino Ceramics; A duo creating mindful homewares born out of our love and appreciation for all things design. Dreamt up by our backgrounds in Interiors and Architecture, our vision is to create a range of carefully designed, unique and timeless pieces that can be admired in the home forever. Mino is committed to bringing light to the process of the handmade art and hopes to enlighten others to slow down and take a moment to appreciate the journey that has led to the final product. Our pieces are created in our garage studio on the Gold Coast, using traditional throwing and hand building techniques that celebrate the imperfection and skills of the makers - us.
