Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they can have variations from batch to batch. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

What is the The Sonny Co refund and returns policy?
The Sonny Co does offer exchanges, credit notes or refunds on goods if the item is faulty. However, due to being a small business, we do not offer a refund due to change of mind.
We allow two weeks on returns from the delivery date, please contact custom care via email at (thesonnyco@gmail.com) for a return address.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost and preferably the same payment form as the initial purchase (Credit card, Paypal, Afterpay).
How do I organise a return?
Email thesonnyco@gmail.com and we will allocate a returns authorisation (ra) number for you and provide you with all the details you need.
Note: The Sonny Co is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to The Sonny Co for an exchange or refund will be at The Sonny Co cost.
We will ship your replacement back to you free of charge as well
Faulty items
Should you received a faulty item, please contact custom care via email at (thesonnyco@gmail.com).
Customers will have a choice of exchange for the same item, (depending availability), a different item or a full refund.
Return postage will be refunded by The Sonny Co after settlement on the faulty item.
